Supporting Business through Covid-19

Pure Lubrication Key Workers

While much of the nation stayed at home during lockdown, many essential businesses remained open, relying on the support of key workers to keep them operational.

From the start, our team of Lubrication Engineers were quickly identified as key workers, providing essential lubrication support to companies in the food and pharmaceutical industries and demonstrating the ongoing value that our lubrication management programmes deliver.

In addition to this, our Customer Service centre was successfully transferred to a home working set up, never missing a beat and providing the highest level of service safely and professionally.

Director Simon Campbell said “This has been a very challenging time and we are so proud of the way the Pure team have worked tirelessly to ensure continuity of service for our customers, helping them through a tough few months.

Coming out of lockdown, our team are working closer than ever with customers and prospects to provide innovative ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs”.
