As our business continues to grow, we love announcing new team members. Our latest addition to Team Pure is Lewis Potts who was recently welcomed as our Reliability Engineer Apprentice.

Investing in people is high on our list of priorities and it’s always an exciting time when we bring someone new into the Pure team.

As our program of Lubrication Management goes from strength to strength and our reliability solutions offer continues to expand, we were in a position recently to recruit a new Reliability Engineer to join the team.

We were delighted when one of our existing team, Alan Potts, put forward his son as a candidate for this role and within a few weeks, Lewis Potts was onboard as our newest team member, taking on the role of Reliability Engineer Apprentice.

Lewis hails from East Kilbride and having embarked on a Civil Engineering course at college in Glasgow in the past, he had a good grounding to be able to move into the world of lubrication reliability.

Lewis is already proving to be a fantastic on-site support to customers as well as a welcome support to others in the Pure Reliability team.  Lewis will in turn be supported by Pure with a very comprehensive apprenticeship which will see him trained to an exceptionally high standard that will benefit both him and our customers.

Pure Managing Director Simon Campbell said: “Lewis is a great lad, a genuinely nice guy who fits well into the team and further strengthens our growing team of Reliability Engineers.  We love seeing young talent develop and we all look forward to seeing Lewis flourish in this role as Pure continues to grow.”
