Xport® Single Point Lubricators are rugged, durable and easy to install. They are perfect for mining operations, steel manufacturers, power plants, water and wastewater treatment facilities, cement plants, food processing plants, and manufacturing facilities of all types. Xport SPLs are installed on millions of roller and slide bearings, blowers and fans, chains, pumps, presses, motors, open gears, and conveyors across the globe.
Xport® Ultra Lubricator
The Xport® Ultra is a fully automatic lubrication system designed for precise, reliable performance. It operates independently of temperature and counter pressure, providing a consistent and accurate lubricant discharge.
Available in two cartridge sizes, the system delivers pressure up to 725 psi (50 bar) with both weekly and monthly timing options. Thanks to its flexibility and robust design, the Xport Ultra is ideal for demanding applications that require high lubrication rates or long remote grease lines to ensure safe and efficient access.

Xport® Star Vario Lubricator
The Xport® Star Vario automatic single point lubricator operates fully automatically, independent of temperature, and offers a very precise discharge. It is ideal for applications that require precise lubricant metering, and is a preferred system for electric motors with very specific re-lubrication amounts.

Xport® Star Control Lubricator
The Xport® Star Control is an automatic single-point lubricator designed for precise, controlled lubricant metering. It’s especially effective for electric motors that require highly specific re-lubrication intervals.
Powered externally via cable, the Star Control can transmit operating data to a PLC connection for real-time monitoring and control. It features two modes – time and impulse – giving operators greater flexibility. In time mode, lubricant dispensing is based on operating hours, ensuring accurate and consistent performance.

Xclude® Desiccant Breathers
Lubricant contamination is one of the leading causes for machine failure, and contamination can begin before the lubricant ever enters the machine. Gearboxes, pumps and reservoirs have to “breathe” when the air expands and contracts, as well as when incoming fluid displaces air, or when air is drawn in when hydraulic components activate.
Each time a unit breathes in, it brings with it all sorts of small debris and moisture, depending on the operating environment. Over time, the effects of this contamination can be damaging to the lubricant and to the equipment.

They’re ideal for totes, transformers, storage tanks, and hydraulic systems across many industries. Easy to install and monitor, their clear casing allows quick visual checks of the colour-indicating desiccant to know when replacement is due. Built for durability, these breathers withstand high vibration and demanding environments.
The Xclude® Extended Series Breathers deliver long-lasting performance with high-airflow, check-valve technology. Perfect for storage tanks, large gearboxes, wind turbines, and remote applications, they prevent oil mist from escaping while stopping silica gel or air contamination. Each unit includes a resilient nylon standpipe and polypropylene oil-mist reducer, allowing mist to coalesce and return to the reservoir – maintaining efficiency and protecting the desiccant.
Designed for continuous operation in high-humidity or low-flow gearbox environments, the Xclude® High Humidity Expansion Chamber Breathers provide exceptional protection. Their built-in expansion chamber isolates lubricants from ambient moisture, blocking harmful particles and maintaining a nearly sealed system for maximum equipment safety.
Built to withstand vibration, impact, and harsh conditions, the Xclude® Extreme Duty Breathers provide dependable performance across a wide temperature range. They are ideal for challenging environments where reliability matters most, such as mobile and off-road machinery, hydraulics, and nautical applications. Each unit features high-quality check valves that isolate the system while maintaining airflow. A visual indicator window clearly shows desiccant colour changes, helping identify when replacement is needed.
Designed for longevity, the Xclude® Rebuildable Steel Breathers offer a rugged, reusable housing that protects equipment from moisture and contaminants. This makes them perfect for high-flow environments, including hydraulic reservoirs, bulk oil storage, and diesel tank applications. Their modular design allows for easy cleaning and reassembly, while optional materials can be specified to meet exact chemical compatibility requirements.
Xclude Non-Desiccant (ND-2) Breather
When humidity isn’t a concern, the Xclude® Non-Desiccant (ND-2) Breathers provide an efficient alternative for preventing contamination. They’re suitable for oil sight glasses, gearboxes, and other low-moisture systems. As air passes through the unit, hydrophobic media repels water and the internal filter captures dirt and particulates – protecting both lubricants and equipment from wear.
