Our Dual-Line Lubrication Systems are purpose-built for large-scale applications that require numerous lubrication points and flexible operation.
They use two main lines that alternate lubricant supply through a high-pressure pump and change-over valve. This setup ensures a precise and consistent delivery every time.

Branch lines connect to dual-line metering devices, allowing a large volume of lubricant to reach each point effectively. Within extensive dual-line systems, end-of-line pressure switches help control and monitor performance.

These systems are simple to design and easy to adapt. You can extend or reduce them as needed by adding or removing metering devices. Because of this flexibility, a complete redesign of the system is rarely necessary. Dual-line metering devices can also combine with downstream progressive devices, increasing the total number of lubrication points.
